The panic attacks are back. I've had anxiety/panic for many many years. And of course they come and go. But now I'm just fed up? So to be able to talk to people who go through the same thing would be wonderful. At least I'm really hoping it will help. Forty years of this is a long time... maybe I'm just getting tired?

Hi there. Yes you're right it is a long time, it has been for me too...32 years. but i didnt have a place to come to like nmp for 31 and 3 quarters of those years, so now i'm not alone...and neither are you.
