hi my name is karen and im a 34 year old single mum to 2 teenage boys. i have been suffering from panic attack, anxiety and agoraphobia for about 9 years. i am trying to overcome this through CBT now, still early days in the CBT but seems to be going ok and i am trying to be quite positive. this seems a great place and will probably be here often so hopefully get to know those using the boards and maybe find a few new online friends. :yesyes: :bighug1: karen x
