i feel like im going to die atm!
i had a fair bit to drink last night and today i feel shakey dizzy sick i feel like my heart is racing but when i check my pulse and blood pressure its normal i also feel very breathless :(:(:( do u think i should go to ane?

It sounds like a classic hangover, and if you didnt get much sleep this can also make it worse, particularly the shaking...it feels like its on the inside not the outside yes or no? How much did you drink? and also your blood sugar levels could be low wjich would also make you feel shaky and light-headed. Your liver is also recovering today so you will feel pretty delicate.

as for the breathlessness, try this...stop breathing, no really, hold your breath and wait till the breathing reflex kicks automatically, then you'll take a deep breath. You're breathing this way because you are very anxious and you're trying to force your breathing, so you are shallow breathing. Try not to panic about this, try to take some deeper breaths and try to just relax.
