Hi Shinney.
My initial advice would be to speak with your GP, as there is a possibility that CBT may be available to you on the NHS. Alternatively, have a look at the website of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, which should have a relevant section listing CBT practitioners in your area.
Best wishes,
Neville.
hiya i searched counselling on internet for my area and thats how i found mine and she is great xx i pay 40 per week and have had 6 sessions of cbt and it really has helped me
:) you can get the info you need on here - i did!!!its either in finding help or links, down the left hand side here in the main menu. it takes you to the association for accredited cbt therapists - hope it works out for you as well as it did for me:yesyes:

http://www.babcp.org.uk (http://www.babcp.org.uk/) - The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) was founded in 1972 as an interest group for people involved in the practice and theory of behaviour therapy.
