ive sufferd from anxiety now for 5yrs it gets me really down im glad that its not just me that suffers thought it was just me.im always convincing myself that something is wrong with me,im scared when im on my own and when i go shopping i on propranolol which very little helps ppl just call me hypercondriac.i cant see a councillor coz theres none available so if anyone can help me then i would be grateful thankyou.:yesyes:

have u tried talking to gp frankly?

anx is an illness that needs and deserves treatment like any other

i use MIND alot at a drop in in my town

also there is online cbt if u cant get any help thru gp

I no how u feel.

I suffer with anxiety and lately being getting panic attacks when going to supermarkets.

I feel like everyone thinks im a hypochondriac to, and unless they are going through it, then they wont understand
