hello my name is red. i suffer from agoraphobia and panic attacks. i have been this way for many many years. at times i have been housebound. i have tried a couple of medications buspar and prozac. i had no luck with them. not sure what the answer is but it does help to know i'm not alone in this. i've also had counseling. it didn't seem to help either. it feels like trying to find that needle in the haystack thing. haven''t found that golden needle yet! hope to find that peace someday. i do have faith in the lord and that is the one that keeps me going. hope you all find that needle in the haystack too! take care red
