constant swallowing and poking

hi im just wondering if anybody can advise me my neck gland has got bigger on one side not that ive left it alone since i started proding every minute of the last 4 days is this the reason why its gone up please help thinking the worse also the constant swallowing thing seems to restrict me from getting liquids down properly is this just the anxiety

it def sounds like anxiety ive had a swollen very large gland on side of my neck for years it always gets bigger when im very stressed aswell ,as for the swallowing i think theres a few posts on here about that
