does poking at neck cause gland to swell havent left it alone for 4 days and now it seems to be raised a wee bit any advice

Hiya hun, yes proding and pokeing at your neck for to long will cause your glands to enlarge, they will also become tender and sore and then you will start to worry even more. try to leave the pokeing alone and distract yourself if you can.
