Hi All,
Went to my doctors Friday to discuss a few things and one thing that acame up is my panic attacks, I have not been having that many lately but the ones I have had have been while I was smoking. So the doctor reccomeded that I quitt smoking. Does anyone here have any experiance of quitting and if so what helped?
