my name is kirsty im 26 and suffer with bad anxiety and panic attacks i went through some bad times bout 8 yrs ago and had bad post natal depression social phobia panic attacks took about 3 yrs to get to somekind of manageable state i suddenly got happy and confident until about 5 weeks ago the panic attacks r back with a passion so here i am hoping to get some support and give some to get back to what i was i am in a relationship and have 2 kids 9 yr old daughter and a 2 and a half yr old son omg i just read that back i am so very cheery i wanna talk to me haha
