Scared...

I did something stupid and booked a hairdressers appointment for this afternoon. I ALWAYS go first thing on a Saturday morning before anyone else is about, but this morning (as most mornings) i feel good and positive, but as the day wears on, i am getting anxious that i will panic in the chair and have to run.

I HATE feeling like this...I HATE living like this....I HATE it all.

All i want is a flipping trim..

I had to go to the dentist today - aaagggghhh. Like you, made the appointment cos I felt good, then as it got nearer 4pm I felt like running.

I went, I sat and ...... I was fine (ish) lol
