i was in chat but only for a while then it dropped out and wouldnt connect again

i allready said i cant try anouther browser in the pms i sent you a while ago.our firewall blocks internet explorer.my dad wont do anything about it and my sisters boyfriend mr computer wiz didnt no either.

Turn the firewall off in settings-control panel-firewall
