So I've been experiencing what I can only describe as localized head pain. Not often maybe 4 or 5 times a day. It lasts well less then a minute I would say usually less then 30 seconds.

Its not that painful almost like a pinch. I remember getting it when I had my wisdom teeth still in.

They have been gone for a while now but I've been uber stressed latley and very tense.

Anyone had these?

Run down of symptoms:

Mild pain/pinch in head
Seemingly on Scalp
Extremely short duration
Noticed in a few different spots never all at once though
No dizziness, blurred vision, anything else.
Area of pain seems to be penny sized.

Yes I do clench my jaw
Pop my jaw
and grind my teeth
and I have crappy posture from working on a computer all day.

Thanks!

No body eh. My CBT doc says its probably due to all the scrunching of my forehead/clenching and making my scalp spasm slightly.

I suffer from very bad tension headaches also due to my poor posture from my desk job - i get the type of pain you describe between headaches so i would think that that is what it is too - tense neck muscles = head pain.

Would go to GP if it worries you as head pains is how my anxiety started but he will prob tell you the same thing. The painkiller Syndol really helps mine as it has a muscle relaxent in it which eases up the tension.

Hope you get better soon.
