just feel Low

feel so low recently,
and the problem is, i dont tell anybody! i keep it all in!!
i wish that even just for a week this would go away, its always there in the back of my mind eating away at me and i cant stand it any more..
i have my driving test tomorrow, and im so scared, hmm hugs welcome :):hugs: :bighug1:

I know exactly how you feel, Its nothing new for me as I have felt depressed for over 6 months now. Try not to act on any thoughts you might have, as you are probably not in the right state of mind at the moment in time.
Do you have many friends you could talk to?
