Hi James,

My first names james as well, and this is also my first post on the internet. Eddy is a shortened verision of my surname... I thought it would be easyer for others to remember.

I've had anxiety and agoraphobia for coming up to 2 and a half years now... and have had most of the symptoms people describe (mainly choking).

I am determined that this is not going to ruin my life, that is why I've joined NMP.

I've been reading the various post's and everybody is so supportive, although like you, I really don't know what I'm doing. Give me a couple of weeks, and I should have it sussed.

firstly there is a very useful website to the left with loads info on anx

theres also the forum where u can wade thru laods of queries

then theres chat always good for a laugh and a really happy crowd

there are games and stuff too but i dont go there
