Ive been to hell on my way back now. I had an awful time recently and thanks to those who emailed and PMd me.
I started the Buspar last week. I was really scared of side effects so I put off taking it which didint do me any favours and I slipped deeper and deeper into the depths of anxiety and despair.
After an episode which I care not to speak of, I thought enough is enough and gave it a try.
Yes, I am getting side effects but not as bad as I thought. Quite nice actually, a kind of excitable feeling like a kid at xmas. I cant sleep though and although its only been a week, Im feeling positive. The anxiety is still there but has lessened a little and Im hoping this is the med that works for me:D
