Hi, i've been suffering from physical anxiety for the last 4 years, thinking a heart attack is going to happen any moment kind of thing, thought i'd join here and share my thoughts with anyone interested.

You are never alone with your anxiety once you are a member of NMP. This place has helped me more than i ever thought possible, i hope it does you too.
