dental fears

hi all was reffered to a dental specialist as my dentist tht there was something unusual there anyway it ended up that she said my mouth was 100 per cent healthy she said she gave my mouth an mot but recently ive been searching round my cheeeks for things and come across wee ebumps in beside my cheeks any advice she said she checked my cheeks so are these little bumps meant to be there worried sick

hiya i think because u originally thought you may have some sort of problem this has now triggered your anxietys and even though u give all clear u are still worried but u will have to keep telling yourself that you are fine hun cos u are. also i had one of those litle bumps in my cheek to and dentist checked it and said it was fine. so please dont worry. i have a mega dentist phobia but i am conquering it and i have been a fair bit recently after being in so much pain and its never hurt and i am overcoming my fear. i have to go for root canal treatment which i am building myself up for but i will do it. hugs and stay positive xxx

I have just run my tongue round the inside of my cheeks and I have these bumps also so SNAP!

I think they are meant to be there as I am sure my dentist would have mention it when I had a tooth out the other week.:weep:
