Hello from SE London

Hello everybody

I am a 29 yo gay guy living in London. I am originally from Barcelona and been in the UK for about 10 years now.

I have had panic disorder with agoraphobia (and some other related phobias) for about 15 years now and although I function pretty well (I have a full time job, a partner, I go out daily) the whole thing feels like a bit of s struggle at the moment!!!

I have had my ups and downs over the years but lately things are starting to get a bit complicated again!!!

Anyway, I Am jsut hoping to meet soe new people here for support and stuff. I tend to be pretty good at giving a hand at people with anxiety because i have managed to go from being housebound to living pretty much normally but lately i am the one needing a little big of help!
