Today is not such a good day largely due to the fact that I am suffering from what I call "head contractions".It feels like pins and needles all over my scalp and forehead but it comes in waves.My head feels tender to touch in places.Its like having your head in a vice.Does anyone else get this and if so what helps to relieve it?

How long have you had this, has it just been today or longer.
With my low b12 i was getting pins and needles on my face and scalp, Sometimes i think the vice feeling can be caused by grinding your teeth at night, it might be worth trying a mouth guard if it goes on longer than a couple of days.

I get tingles on my scalp as if there is something running over my head like small bugs
