Hi everyone i just joined tonight after months of just reading! I suffer with depression and anxiety ( since late teens ).

This site saved my life x

hiya dot and welcome glad u posted, i think this site is great and offers so much different advice and support and make new mates too. i had depression 7 yrs ago and had meds for a while then turned to exercise and it got rid of it and i not had it since. my anxietys are now alot better then they were, i also have a mild social anxiety but im having cbt and it really has helped me change my way of thinking, keep posting and we will help all we can hun xx
