1st timer

Hello All
I'm 37 & have been rocked by suddenly suffering from an awful health anxiety. I'm cuerrently off work & desperatly trying to find anything to give me my old self back.
I've already had some fantastic support & advice on the health anxiety topic.
At the moment i just feel teh need to talk loads about my symptoms looking for reassurance that its normal for anxiety.
