Hey, im becky and im 29. Just thought i had finally got through all this, and about a week ago my legs and arms started to tingle!!
Googled it and it bought me to this site. Have suffered panic attacks now for 13 years on and off, most of the time its controlled by me, but now im getting bad palputations too.

Would be nice to talk to others :)
