Citalopram

Hi,

just a quick question. I have been on Citalopram for seven weeks & had just started to settle. On Wednesday, I had a new prescription for 20 mg of Citalopram, however, they were made by a different company. I have noticed over the last five days that I have been feeling a little anxious, dizzy & forgetful. Do you think this is a reaction to the tablets, even though they are the same but a different make?

Ooooh tricky one. I would be surprised. Its like different makes of Ibuprofen, cant see there would be any difference, if they have the same mg in?
I couldn't take those Citalopram yrs ago though, on day 3 i had horrendous side affects, so had to stop them :o(

Spoke to my Dr today & he has written out a new prescription for me for citalopram, as there may have been a reaction to the other brand.
