She would have definately noticed something! If you still feel like you need reassurance then go to your GP. I always get ulcers and have done all my life. I have one at the moment on my cheek and its really annoying. He he. Please try not to get stressed about this. Buy some bonjela and see how it goes for the next couple of days. If its still there then go and see your Gp for reassurance. Hope this helps. xxx Feel better soon.

Are you 40 or over and did you smoke over 60 smokes a day?

Tha's the main cause of mouth cancer.

You will only have an ulcer caused my lack of a vitamin or a bacterial infection.

I used to get em until i found out i was not eating properly.

Salt water helps me.

I get loads of ulcers on my tongue last week i had two right next to each other that ended up joined i could'nt eat well for a few days and it really hurt me, i get them on my tongue quite alot and i have the low b12 as a vitamin deficiency might be worth getting checked for that if you haven't already.
They tend to last over a week on my tongue to as i think cos it's so moist it takes longer to heal.
