Headache

I got a tightness at the back of my head & it makes me feel a bit dizzy. I also feel a little pressure in my eyes.

Is this a tension headache???

Sounds like a tension headache to me my love.

Try putting a cool flannel on your head and get some rest if you can.

Sounds very much like a tension headache. I get the same kind of headaches your are describing when I am xtremely anxious (which is everyday).

Have you tried pain killers and drinking plenty water?

I get a lot of headaches too - not keen on taking tablets all the time so I bought 4head stick, its good, u rub it on ur head and it brings a cooling sensation (just dont rub it near ur eyes cos it stings like hell lol)

Have you tried 4Head? Thats very good for tension headaches as well. I rubbed it all over my forehead and temples, and it worked for a while.

I've had one of those headaches you describe... it sound like a tension headache. I get migrane quite a bit and I just find it easy to have a quick nap...
