Hi everyone, I'm 27, from the North of England and have suffered from panic attacks and anxiety since I was 8. I can honestly say I have no idea what it feels like to be calm and relaxed! I'm really glad to have found this site and I am looking forward to making some new friends who can empathise with, and/or understand what it is like to live and cope with anxiety.
