Hi everyone,

I'm Terry, a 32 year old guy from Southampton, UK.

I've suffered from anxiety disorder, panic attacks and occessional bouts of depression for about ten years now and in that time have taken Diazepam, Citalopram, Paroxetine and Venlafaxine, all of which I eventually gave up on. They all worked to some degree for while but all had problematic withdrawl systems and side effects.

I have a couple of specific phobias namely the fear of flying (although I've flown many times! :shrug:) and fear of have a heart attack.

I could waffle on for ages but I'll leave it there for now...
