Hi all

I come from South Wales and I have suffered from Social anxiety since I can remmember. This in turn has made me develop panic disorder. I first realised that I had panic disorder about 4 years ago. I did get quite a lot better until I had to put my dog to sleep recently. I've been on propranolol for 4 years.
