can anyone tell me if a sore tongue has any resemblance on anxiety as its quite sore at times and dont want to start panicking already again really sick of all this problems iron levels had dropped to 10.1 as im pregnant would this have anything to do with it i wonder been just put on iron have saw a dental specialist and got a clean bill of health but not sure whats happining also got bloods done and all was normal

my tongue gets sore thru chewing it when anx.

also i feel cause its a muscle, u tense it when anx too.

also when ur mouth lacks saliva from anx it tends to get sore.
