Hi my name is wendy, and recently my panic attacks have become worse which i find most frightening i would be grateful for any advice as i am unable to pinpoint them to anything. My breathing becomes worse and i tend to get hot.

hi Wendy,

Sorry to hear your going through it a bit at the moment, Panic attacks can come out of nowhere. I always find that taking deep breaths in through the nose out through the mouth slowly will help calm them down, if you have a paper bag use that to breath in and out with it will steady your breathing down.
