Hi Michelle. Yes, I am one of the hundreds on here who shares your affliction. Health anxiety is a bummer isn't it? The first and most difficult step (which we all have to take again and again every time some new 'symptom' pops up) is to realise that it is health anxiety (and not what illness we dread it is). So congratulations for taking that first step, and may the path it sets you on be a life-changing one for you, in a good way. (I truly believe it is going to be for me, even though I have a long and uphill path, but already things are looking better).
