I used to be fairly popular until I started suffering from anixety and panic attacks now I'm kinda short on friends.
About a year ago I started making excuses not to go out, now I dont really go out anywhere with friends. I've recently came out of a heavy relationship since then my social life has vanished and its really getting me down:weep:
