hi my name is jay and ive just joined this site, ive had panic disorder for over two years now and it has coused agrophobia and other problems in my life but im still trying to beat this, so any help any one can give me is very welcome.:D

its realy nice to finally find such a nice group of people to chat to about all of this stuff as when i got ile i lost nearly all of my freinds and i dont have anyone to chat too, and its even better to chat to people that understand and except what im going through. so i just wonted to say a realy big thank you to you all, and i look forward to getting to know you all.
