hi

my name is julie and i have been suffering with anxiety for about 25 years on and off.

i generally do have a certain amount of control but have been suffering abit the last few months. i do have my coping strategies in place but the tension i have been feeling in my head recently has been scaring me alittle. mainly because of the tension it is causing in the roof of my mouth and throat. the roof of my mouth feels so strange and tight it feels as if i'm going to stop breathing any second. i'm pretty sure it due to over sensitisation

can anyone relate to this?

i'm so pleased i have found this site. i can see it is full of valuable information and and look forward to chatting
