Hi im new

Hi i have suffered wth drepression and anxiety for many yrs now and have just recently found out that im BP.....I hope i can get to no people and get questions answered.
I have been through alot through out my life and find it hard to talk about and deal with.
I hope all are well and i hope to get to no u soon.
