Hello! Another new one!

Hello Everyone,

I wandered onto this site inadvertantly the morning after having a very extreme reaction to Citralopam. It was the first anti-depressant that I have ever been described and made me so ill that I was taken straight off them again.

I've only just started to confront my depression and anxiety head-on and admit to myself that I need a bit of help.

From reading the advice and stories posted on NMP it really good to feel that I am not alone, there are some really inspiring and positive people here and I look forward to chatting to you more! xx

i had bad reaction to prozac, citaloprams better for me lol.

its swings and roundabouts with meds till u find what suits ur body

Hiya and welcome to nmp,
You will get the support you need here and hopefuly make some freinds along the way.
Everyone is different regarding medication and for me none of them helped.I tried about 6 different ones and in the end I decided to ditch the GP but as I say we are all different.
