kinda new..feeling bad

i had a account a while ago changed it to hopeandstrength today im feeling a
little down and keep having flashbacks and hearing voices..ive tried distraction methods their dont work and noone is in not even my boyfriend so im alone and i dont know what to do:(:weep:
