vertigo

Does anyone suffer or has suffered from vertigo? I have had this for the past 2 weeks and each time its so scary - i ended up in casualty by ambulance today as i had another room spinning attack

yes hun ive had it for past 4 weeks

im on betahistine 3 times daily to try and diminish it

its so horrible do you just get it out the blue where everything just spins

mine is better with the meds now hun

i tend to just get it if i look up quickly, turn round quickly, or when i lie down or get up.

i just close my eyes and wait for it to pass hun.

in the past i couldnt even walk straight without throwing up, so this is ok for me lol
