thought i'd take time to say hi to everyone. I,m crimson. Its good to find a community of like minded people who can help each other. :hugs: I suffer from anxiety and depression and have started a help course with my practice nurse. Only done 1 session so far but sounds ok to me. Everything is worth a go. I am also on 40mg citalopram but glad to say i am off the vallium now.
Lets hope i have lots to offer and lots to learn.
