I suffer from severe anxiety, panic attacks and agrophobia.
At the moment I have been off school for about 3-4 weeks because my anxiety is much worse when I am out, especially at school. I am on the waiting list to see a counsellor so hopefully that will help me.
Does anyone have similar problems?

hi amy welldone for posting that cos its a brave thing to do and yes alot of us on here suffer from similar issues to u. how long have u suffered from this? can u think of anything that may have first triggered this off? counselling will really help u and we will on here too hun, so keep posting and u will get alot of support here online hugs xxxx

Thanks for the welcome everyone:)
I've suffered with this for about 2-3 years, but only get bad panic attacks occasionally. I don't really know what triggered it I think I just worry about having panic attacks when I'm out, especially crowded places =(
What about you? What do you suffer with?
