Does anyone have something they use to reduce the frequency of panic attacks? or something that will calm them down if they feel one coming on?

I have been doing:

http://www.satilife.com/ : IntenSati which basically combines basic cardio exercises with positive reinforcement "chanting" if you will. You follow the mantras as you do the exercises with the intent of moving your mind from a place of pain to a place of power. I really love this one, even tho my body is not strong enough to keep up some days, the chanting leaves me feeling powerful and like im doing something for myself. And I really like her idea of moving yourself to a point where youre slightly uncomfortable to learn that youre okay. Thats a big one for me, the slightest discomfort sends me into such a panic that doing something controlled like this has helped me let go of a little of that.

http://jenniferkries.com: Hot Body, Cool Mind I really really like the chigong segments in this series, and they instantly calm me down. They've also helped with my headaches, as there is alot of emphasis on neck and back mobilization.

http://www.yeeyoga.com: Rodney Yee is my favorite video yoga instructor, and he has a few relaxation/meditation DVDs that are wonderful (but mostly the same, i realized after buying them all) and go through guided breathing and relaxation which really works when I do it, I just never seem to remember to do it. :)

Thats my list. Does anyone else have one?

I love anything by Jon Kabat Zinn. He is all about mindfulness and it is very very helpful. He has books, CDs, meditations and muct more.
