Hi all I have just joined, haven't got a clue how to use the site, but as Im off work for few weeks plenty of time to work it all out. The site so far is quiet helpfull, I found some usefull info on panic and anxiety problems still trying to work out which one I fall in to, lol. Anyways looking foward to beating whatever is wrong with me and chating to new people xxxxxx
