Hi im Sam ,Im 35 and have suffered with panic disorder for years ,it is so bad at the moment I also have agoraphobia and have severe attacks just at the thought of leaving the house .I would like 2 talk 2 people who understand what its like 2 live daily with panic and fear x

Hi Sam and welcome to NMP, I too have agoraphobia but I can now leave the house with somebody after being housebound for 2 yrs. You will get loads of advice here

Hi sam,

agoraphobia is hateful, but you will overcome it, mine has almost left me now, last month i couldn't go in a shop with another person in the queue, and on sunday i am going to a show with thousands of people there, it is achievable.
