Anyone feel the same!!

Well these are symptoms that i get daily-pressure type feelings in my head and face like its going to explode, headaches, bloodshot eye that comes and goes, fullness in my ear that feels like it wants to pop but it cant also a crackling sound in my ear, tingling on my body and face, weak arms and legs, feeling sick, weird vision(its like i can still see but it feels like i cant, hard to explain i know), feeling dizzy and like im going to faint, cramps in arm, feel like im not here and that i cant concentrate!

When I was acute I had many, many symptoms, like you I could write a list as long as my arm.
