pressure in head need reassurance

i have this weird pressure in my head cheeks and chin
scared been there alll day , i am terrified no docs open

I get a feeling in my chin sometimes, I don't know what causes it and to be honest I am not bothered either.

Please don't worry it is probably nothing and the more you think about it the worse it will get.:flowers:

I have pressure in my head and down my nose as well, doctor looks at me as if I am daft but says its nothing. Try not to worry(easy to say I know) Try and distract yourself when this happens.
