I was referred by my GP to the Lyndon Clinic for CBT. I received a letter today saying I dont fit their criteria and there is another agency that may be able to help me. It stated my doctor will be in touch with the details of this. Has anyone on here managed to get CBT through the Lyndon clinic? I am just wondering as I really think CBT is the best way to help my symptoms. Thank you
