Hi all

My name is becca and im 22 yrs old, I'v had GAD for about 7 yrs.

Like most people on this site i have a past which has led me to who and where i am today. also like most people on here i imagin take a while to open up.

50% of the time im like a muppet on speed, bouncing off the walls and full of smiles and excitment, the other 50% of the time i would say im more like a muppet under the wheel on a lory, flat and dead to the world.

Today im good but its there in the back of my mind, how am i going to get through tommorrow.
