panicking

am all of a panick this morning i forget to take my meds last nite, am on paratoxine 40mg and i cant find the leaflet to say what i do if i miss one, i know i am gonna be a dithering mess today and worry that i didnt take it does anyone know what to do if you miss a pill do u just take it anyway thankyou xx

I'm not on paroxetine myself, but the standard advice for when you miss a dose of any medication is just to take the next dose when it's due, don't take a catch up dose. xxx

You'll be fine. I'm dreadful at remembering to take my meds and I have quite a few for various things, so I got one of those daily pill dispenser things... not very cool, but it really does help with that 'did I take it or not?' feeling! xx
