This is quite irrational but this is what suffer from.
Am quite an sensitive person, and am not good when someone will cough, because it feels so personal it feels so intense when hear it, its an everyday thing but get so annoyed and punished by others doing it.
Its like when go somewhere all people do is look at me then do it, its irrational sure but which could desensitise to it.
Its definatly anxiety related.
